Big Sur Proposal With Ocean Views

This stunning Big Sur proposal was a delight to be a part of. Andrew knew that he wanted to surprise Emmy with stunning views of the cliffs in Big Sur, and we found the perfect spot for him to propose. Emmy was truly so surprised and had no idea she was about to get proposed to.

One of the most common questions I get about proposals is how I get so close and capture the moment while not spoiling the moment. I’ll tell you- it’s pretty easy! Big Sur is filled with tourists at all times of the year, especially the more popular trails. I blend in with typical hiking clothing, as well as hide my camera equipment in a bag that looks like a purse. It’s fun to get to play spy every now and then ;).
