I got a text from Allison while I was driving to their engagement session that they had gotten a flat tire ten miles out from Korbel Winery. Sure enough, I pulled around the next curve on River Road and saw them on the shoulder, trunk open and spare tire out. Luckily for all of us, Travis was able to quickly change the flat, all with minimal sweat and dirt on his clothes. That was a first for me!
With the stress of the flat tire, they definitely deserved some champagne at Korbel as we wandered the beautiful grounds. Then after a quick outfit change we hit up downtown Guerneville for some ice cream and pie at Chile Pies Baking Co. I loved the fun and playful energy that Allison and Travis brought to their session. They were so in the moment with one another, allowing me to do my thing and capture their love.
