It was no surprise to anyone that knows Josh and Chris when they decided to hold their wedding celebration at an aviation museum in an airport. They met at a tech conference, and living on different continents at the time, depended on airplanes to connect them over the years. It is also a passion of theirs, with dreams to one day own their own plane.
Now if you're thinking that a museum doesn't sound like a great venue for a wedding- I hate to break it to you but you're wrong! The aviation museum at SFO has moody romantic lighting, beautiful architecture with double staircases framing the ceremony, and two airplanes suspended above. Plus, it's right next to international departures, so you can jump on a plane to your honeymoon in a flash.
Josh and Chris were surrounded by so much love that night, it was a joy. The speeches made people cry, the food made people happy, and the pies gave people that rush to dance. :) Thanks for having me!
