Garrapata Engagement Session

Greta and Nate told me they wanted a beautiful, natural location for their engagement session and I knew just the place to suggest. Garrapata is one of my favorite locations to shoot, as it’s classic Big Sur cliffs and headlands, but still very accessible from Carmel. They were laid back and allowed me to take charge of the location planning. When helping with location planning, I always take into account their wedding venue. I like to work at a location with a different aesthetic to the venue, so their wedding journey is complemented by very different feels.

The picturesque surroundings provided a stunning backdrop for their photos as they laughed and enjoyed each other's company. I can’t recommend Garrapata enough then I’m looking for to their wedding this summer at Saratoga Springs!
