The days leading up to Nate’s surprise proposal didn’t go quite as I expected. I work with each of my clients well in advance to create a plan detailing location, timing and signals to cue the proposal. The day before the proposal, I did a final scout of the Carmel beach (where he first planned on proposing) and found it was closed to due to recent high tides. We quickly jumped on a call and pivoted to the final location in Pacific Grove. Asilomar is actually one of my favorite places for families, engagements, and proposals.
As you can see, even with high tide and wind warning, the day was perfect. Bri and Nate were some of my favorite clients to work with- easy going, and just down to have fun and laugh at it all. Their sweet pup Lexi was present and tried to steal the show several times. I highly recommend bringing you dog along to help with your proposal.
