When Malika and Brendan asked if they could bring their pup Finn to the engagement session, I was thrilled! Who doesn't love a cute dog with mom and dad? He was such a good boy too. ;)
We planned their entire session around the blooming of lavender here in Sonoma County, to let color and nature play into their photos. During their engagement session, I got to hear the story of how they met many years ago as high school seniors touring a college. Though they didn't date then, their live kept circling around, bringing them to the same college, then the same party years later. I love learning how much couples fell in love. I'm so excited for these two to tie the knot this summer!
