What I admired the most about Carlos and Kristin's elopement is the decisive way they chose Mendocino for their special day. Though they had never visited California before, they knew that Mendocino, and the Stanford Inn would be the perfect backdrop for their intimate ceremony. With the sea raging against the cliffs, redwoods towering above, and ravens cawing in the trees, it was so unlike their home of San Antonio, Texas and created a magical setting for their wedding day.
